You can combine Jetapi with any other apps in Pabbly to:
  • Send instant notifications to clients or team members
  • Automate reminders, confirmations, or alerts
  • Create multi-step workflows with CRMs, forms, or Google Sheets

💡 With Jetapi inside Pabbly Connect, you can build powerful communication flows without writing a single line of code.
Receiving Incoming Messages from WhatsApp & Telegram in Pabbly Connect
You can receive incoming messages from WhatsApp and Telegram directly into Pabbly Connect using Jetapi Webhooks.
Follow the steps below.
Step 1. Create a Workflow
You can create a new workflow or use an existing one.
Open your workflow in Pabbly and proceed to add a trigger.
Step 2. Choose a Trigger
Click Add Trigger and select Webhook by Pabbly.
In “App Event”, choose Catch Webhook (Preferred).

Then click Connect to activate the webhook setup.

Step 3. Copy Your Webhook URL
Pabbly will generate a unique webhook URL.
Copy this URL - you will add it to Jetapi.
Step 4. Add the Webhook in Jetapi
Open your Jetapi dashboard → Settings → Webhooks → Add.
Paste the webhook URL from Pabbly.
Choose the types of messages you want to receive, for example:
•   Whatsapp incoming message
•   Tdlib incoming message (Telegram)

Click Create.
Step 5. Send a Test Message
Now send a message to your connected WhatsApp number or Telegram account.
Jetapi will immediately forward the message to your Pabbly Webhook.
You will now see the full payload with all message details.
Example (WhatsApp):
Example (Telegram):
Message Direction (incoming / outgoing)
Jetapi sends both incoming and outgoing messages to your webhook.
You can identify the direction using the field:
payload new_message direction
•   incoming - a message sent by the user
•   outgoing - a message sent by your workflow, API request, or from your connected device
You can use this field to build smart logic:
reply only to incoming messages, ignore outgoing ones, or route each type differently.
Step 6. Use Incoming Message Data in Your Workflow
Once the webhook response is captured, all fields become available for mapping in the next steps of your workflow.
You can now:
•   Send auto-replies via Jetapi Telegram or Jetapi WhatsApp
•   Forward messages to CRM, Google Sheets, Slack, or email
•   Build chatbots and automated support flows
•   Trigger conditional logic based on message type, text, or sender
All Done
Your incoming messages from Telegram or/and WhatsApp will now arrive in Pabbly in real time.
Use this data in any automation you build - replies, notifications, CRM entries, lead routing, or complete chat flows.
Combine incoming messages with Jetapi sending actions to create full two-way communication inside Pabbly Connect.
